A Day in the Life is a single player, story-based role-playing game designed for high school students in Chicago's Southside. Featuring an experimental surreal atmosphere and stories derived from interviews with Southside youth, ADITL was designed to teach a number of topics including those surrounding sexual/reproductive rights as well as to encourage empathy and decision making. Players are free to explore a strange world that physically changes based on branching decisions that arise in the narrative.

The story features the player's choice of a male or female protagonist. This character, stuck in a time loop, is faced with difficult decisions that include HIV/AIDS, sexual violence, interpersonal relationships, and bullying.
